Universities & research institutes
Scientific review, public engagement, research pilots and student participation.
Time Trek turns abstract scales into physical experiences. We are seeking universities, researchers, educators, museums, tourism organisations and expedition specialists to co-design credible, measurable and memorable ways for people to learn while they move.
The platform is designed to support both broad public engagement and rigorous subject-specific experiences. A partnership can begin as a small pilot or grow into a permanent Trek network.
Scientific review, public engagement, research pilots and student participation.
Indoor, outdoor and city-scale extensions of exhibitions and collections.
Curriculum-aligned movement, fieldwork and differentiated learning modes.
Location-based trails that reveal the stories hidden inside landscapes and destinations.
Preparation, route storytelling, team engagement and post-journey memories.
The strongest partnerships will combine your expertise, access or audience with Time Trek’s movement-based storytelling platform.
Review milestones, terminology, evidence and source selection so every Trek is trustworthy without becoming unreadable.
Investigate how physical movement influences memory, comprehension, motivation, wellbeing and engagement with large scales.
Build an institution-backed experience around a research field, collection, expedition, landscape or important scientific story.
Create teacher resources, class challenges and age-appropriate Trek modes that work inside or beyond the classroom.
Anchor milestones to trails, campuses, museums, parks or cities so movement unlocks the history of the place itself.
Involve learners in content development, testing, data collection, design challenges or citizen-science extensions.
Connect training plans, route milestones, safety knowledge and expedition storytelling before, during and after a real trek.
Fund a credible Trek that remains accessible to the public while acknowledging the partner that helped make it possible.
Explore wearables, accessibility tools, mapping, learning platforms, institutional archives and research datasets.
A good collaboration should create value for the institution, the Time Trek platform and the person taking the journey.
Early institutional partners can help shape the platform itself, not merely add content after it is finished. This may include advisory input, pilot access, co-authored research, a named flagship Trek or first access to institution-specific deployment models.
The first project does not need to be enormous. A sharply defined pilot gives us something real to test, measure and improve.
Identify the audience, story, location and institutional goals.
Map scale, route, milestones, learning outcomes and experience mode.
Create a focused prototype with reviewed content and partner branding.
Run the Trek with a defined group and gather useful evidence.
Refine, publish and expand into new routes, audiences or research.
Send a brief description of your institution, expertise and the kind of collaboration you have in mind.
